Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Cancellation Policy:
- When booking an appointment we require a non refundable booking fee. You are entering into a legally binding contract with Rachel Aesthetics Ltd. By paying a booking fee you accept responsibility of having read and agreed to the following;
- All booking fees are non refundable unless the clinician decides treatment cannot go ahead, either due to a positive patch test or other suitability requirement, and we have assessed this in person.
- If an appointment is cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment time, the deposit will not be refunded or transferred, this includes but is not limited to health, illness, childcare or work related cancellations. We are a small business and lost appointments can greatly affect our ability to earn an income. This notice time enables us to offer your appointment to another client and avoids unnecessary operational costs helping to keep our prices affordable. In the case of non arrivals “no-shows” you will be billed for the full cost of the treatment. Failure to pay will result in a collection agency recouping losses and expenses due to failure to pay. There are no exceptions to these policies. In the case of the complimentary permanent make up top up appointment or any other complimentary appointment, if these are cancelled within 72 hours or you fail to attend, no other complimentary alternative will be offered.
3. Payment Policy:
- Full payment for treatments is due at the time of service before the procedure.
- Payment can be made in cash or by credit/debit card. We do not accept personal cheques.
4. Treatment Results:
- Whilst we strive to achieve the best possible results for our clients, individual outcomes may vary depending on factors such as skin type, medications, lifestyle, healing and adherence to aftercare instructions among other factors.
- We cannot guarantee specific results, and clients are advised to discuss their expectations with the therapist prior to the procedure, any additional procedures will be chargeable. The therapist will do everything possible to deliver the expected result but sometimes this is out of our control and and can be affected by internal processes in your body along with factors mentioned above.
5. Refund Policy:
- Once a treatment has been carried out, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the outcome.
6. Consultation and Consent:
- Please ensure you complete your consultation form prior to your appointment, this allows us to check the form and ensure you are suitable for the treatment, if this is not filled in prior it may cut short your treatment time whilst we complete this at the appointment.
- Prior to receiving any treatment, the therapist will assess your suitability for the procedure and address any concerns, these will be discussed at your appointment.
- Clients will be required to provide informed consent before undergoing any treatment, acknowledging the risks, benefits, and potential side effects.
7. Treatment Aftercare:
- Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by our practitioners to ensure optimal results and minimise the risk of complications.
- Any adverse reactions or concerns following treatment should be reported to us immediately for further guidance and support.
8. Late and early arrivals:
- We operate on an appointments only basis, please do not arrive too early for your appointment as we may be with another client. The main door will be unlocked 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, the door to the side of the clinic in the alley does not belong to Rachel Aesthetics and is a private dwelling, please do not press their doorbell. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to treat you or your treatment may be cut short, in these cases the full treatment charge will be payable.
9. Attendance of Minors:
- Please do not bring children with you to your appointment, they are not permitted in the clinic, your appointment will not go ahead in this case.
10. Other Persons:
- Rachel Aesthetics Ltd does not allow other persons in the treatment room whilst treatment is taking place, there is a waiting area which can be utilised. This is to ensure that my full focus and attention is placed on the treatment and the client receiving the treatment along with ensuring safety standards including health and safety legislations. There are no exceptions to this rule.
11. Animals:
- We do not permit animals in the building due to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Please do not attend with any animal as your treatment will not go ahead, the full cost of the appointment will be charged.
12. Confidentiality:
- Client confidentiality is of upmost importance to us. All personal and medical information will be kept confidential in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
13. Code of Conduct:
- Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards our practitioners and staff at all times.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who demonstrates inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Rachel Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
